|While we make every effort to ensure the information on our website is accurate, misprints or other errors may occur. As such, we
reserve the right to change prices, fees, and charges of the products available through our jewelry store, any time and without notice
or liability. We also reserve the right to reject, correct, cancel or terminate any order.
We cannot guarantee the products advertised on the web site will be available at the time of your order. These are one of kind
pieces, and all items are sold on a first-come-first-serve basis. All prices and availability are subject to verification during the order

International and Overseas orders usually are shipped via USPS using International Global Priority mail. If insurance is desired,
orders will ship via either Express Mail, or Air Mail. Shipping options will be provided to International orders during the order
confirmation process. Items valued over $300 must be shipped using registered or comparable mail if international. This cost will
be included in the shipping and handling price. You must email for shipping & handling quotes.
Overseas orders may be subject to import duty and custom taxes that are your responsibility. Please familiarize yourself with these
regulations so you can receive your item quickly and efficiently, once it has arrived in your country. If our items are not
accepted/restricted from your country, do not order.
Due to Customs fees, we do not accept returns on International purchases. Therefore, the sale is complete when the purchased
items are delivered to the customer, customer's agent, or Customs Agency. Delivery itself finalizes the sale.
Shipping times are based on payment method from the time of receipt, and destination to where the order is being shipped. See

Every attempt is made to give an accurate description and photograph of each item. And we encourage you to contact us with
questions before you place your order. We are sure you will be happy with your order but in those rare circumstances you are not
satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item using the following guidelines in "Jewelry Order Return Policy - U.S. and
"International Order Returns".
If your order was received damaged during shipment, do not dispose of the packaging material. You must file a claim with USPS.
Do not return the item to us. This will cancel out the USPS insurance. You need to retain all original packaging and all pieces of the
damaged item and take them to the USPS to file a claim. We will process the claim once we hear from the USPS.
- Jewelry Order Return Policy - U.S.
You must notify us immediately, as soon as you receive the item. We will confirm acceptance of the return. A return request
must be made and postmarked within 3 days of the receipt of the item.
Returned items must be returned in exactly the same condition they were in when initially shipped. We will not give any
refunds on items which have been tampered with or damaged, this will be left to our discretion. The item must be returned
using the same shipping method it was originally sent within 3 days of approval confirmation so it will be returned within 7
days from the time you received the item.
A 15% - 20% restocking fee will be charged on any accepted returns and will be deducted from the refund. A restocking fee
is frequently charged to compensate for additional bookkeeping and lost sales opportunity while it was out of the store.
Refunds are given for the price of the item, less the restocking fee, and less postage as stated.
The returned item must be insured for the full amount and have delivery confirmation. This is your responsibility. Until we
receive the item, you are liable for the cost and the item.
After we have verified that the returned item is as originally sent, we will issue a refund within 3 Business days of receipt.
Refund will be given as we received payment. We will often allow the customer the choice of a refund or a store credit that
can be used at any time.
The buyer pays for return shipping and insurance, unless agreed otherwise between the buyer and us. It is recommend that
you use delivery tracking and get a delivery receipt.
Layaway purchase - see below.

We take photos under bright lights and offer large photos for better viewing. We use a variety of photography props...flowers, birds,
borders, small and med. jewelry bust, ring mounts, etc. to give you and idea what the jewelry will look like with color or when you
wear them. If you have questions about the jewelry or need additional photos, please ask before purchasing. (Note: If the photos
seem too dark, please adjust your monitor and/or use IE explorer. Or contact me and I will see if I can send you a lightened version
of the photo.)
Excellent - Almost new like condition, no major noticeable flaws, or only subtle signs of aging and wear. Normal plating wear from
laying against clothing, etc, or part of the original production process. We sell vintage and antique jewelry. If an item has been used,
it will generally have at least subtle or normal signs of wear. A piece of jewelry is still old and more fragile than a new one.
Very Good - Few minimal signs of wear or aging. Flaws will be considered normal due to aging, as darkened stones. Age of piece
considered and will be priced accordingly.
Good - Obvious signs of wear and aging and these will be described in the item description.
Most of the items shown on www.vintagejewelrybyteresa.com will be rated either EXCELLENT or VERY GOOD. Items identified as
GOOD will be offered because the design is so outstanding, or the piece is so rare and it was unfortunate enough to have a
noticeable flaw. These items will be priced accordingly.
Please be aware that old jewelry sometimes has glued in stones. This glue can deteriorate over the years. The stones can
dislodge in transit. That is why we place the jewelry in a plastic bag or it is wrapped, just in case.
The items listed originate from a variety of sources, so I cannot guarantee that items have originated from a smoke/pet free
Our goal is to offer items of distinctive designs in collectible vintage antique jewelry whether you are beginning or advanced collector.
Excellent condition does not mean mint. We sell vintage and antique jewelry. If an item has been used, it will generally have at least
subtle or normal signs of wear. A piece of jewelry is still old and more fragile than a new one.
The condition of each item is described in the listing and we try hard to be as accurate as possible. Careful attention is noted from
the person/s whom we acquired the jewelry from. If you have any questions or want clarification, please contact us.
Our antique jewelry is at least 80 years old, and many times, much older than that; we have "older" vintage and vintage, with the
vintage being at least 25 years old, contemporary is less than 25 years old. Circa (c.) indicates an estimated date range of 10 years
before and after the date stated. Est. C. indicates an estimated date range of 10 - 20 years before and after the date stated. We are
not jewelry experts, and this is only an estimate. As with all vintage/antique jewelry, it may show wear due to use and age~
We keep everything private. We don't sell or share any information. We only collect the necessary information to process and mail
your order, or contact you. An email will always be the first form of contact should we need to contact you.
Newsletters and emails.
Two to three times a year appx, we send out a short news letter email. Sometimes this includes discussion on new found vintage
jewelry, vintage necklaces, links to our site, specials or just chit-chat. If you wish not to receive these please let me know and I'll
remove your email from our list.
